Hi, I am Olena Milirud. Welcome! I am so thrilled you’re here!

My journey to becoming a doula was more than a career choice — it felt like a calling. Sudden, exciting, and profoundly meaningful. I've always felt a deep, instinctual pull to support and empower women. Being an empath my whole life brought me here today. My own birth and postpartum experiences have been deeply transformative, eye-opening, and life-altering, so I'm here to support you through one of life's most profound experiences.

I am blessed with a caring husband, a spirited toddler son, and a wild cat who adds a touch of mischief to our household. Together, we find joy in exploring the world around us, whether a peaceful walk in the woods or an exhilarating snowboarding adventure.

I was born and raised in the beautiful country of Ukraine. For the past ten years, I have called Washington State my home, captivated by its mesmerizing mountains and lakes. I am fluent in English, Ukrainian, and Russian, allowing me to connect with a diverse community and support families from various backgrounds during their pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journeys.

Thank you for considering me to be a part of this special chapter in your life.

With warmth and care,

Your doula for life.
